Autumn Art Workshop Registration
REGISTRATION:
Fees are for tuition, facility and food this year. LODGING IS A SEPARATE CHARGE.
Five Day - $ 695
Three Day - $ 495
Tuition is paid to Autumn Art Workshop. Check and cash are accepted. We do not have the capacity to accept credit cards.

HOUSING: The Leadership Center offers a variety of rooms. Charges vary based on room selected. YOU MUST CALL THE LEADERSHIP CENTER TO MAKE RESERVATIONS! 402-694-3934
The Leadership Center - Aurora
Cabins – bunk beds in cabins with bathrooms. Only bottom bunks will be assigned - up to 5 in a cabin. Linens and towels not provided. Recommend that participants bring a foam mattress pad. Restrooms outside of dorm room.
Lodge rooms – single and double occupancy with private baths. Includes linens and towels. Each room has two queen beds.
Day use – individuals who are not staying at the leadership center have no additional fees for use of the facility and meals.

Applications are accepted for each session in the order in which they are received. Confirmation and a
supply list will be sent to each enrollee.
If you have to cancel, notify the Registrar immediately. Sorry no refunds, but you can sell your reservation. Notify registrar of any changes. Notify Registrar of any changes. Receipts required at registration.
Bring a friend: Bring a friend (that has never attended the Autumn Art Workshop before) and we will give you $20! Fill out the form included with the registration form and have your friend do the same and mail it with your registration. You will be paid at camp.
